New Membership Application Procedure
  • Please read the all the information below.
  • If your email address is already in our system (usually because you attended a conference in the past), you may be asked for a password.  If you don't remember or haven't set your password, click on the "Forgot password link".
  • Click here to complete a physician membership application form and pay online (or by check).
  • Email your curriculum vitae to membership@westernangio.org.
  • If you prefer, you can mail your CV (and/or check, if applicable), to

  • After we receive your payment and review your application, we'll send an email indicating that your membership has been approved (or denied).
  • Even while your application is pending, you'll be able to register for the annual conference as a member applicant (at member rates).
Membership Qualifications
  • Membership is open to qualified physicians who have a primary interest and responsibility in Image Guided Therapy.
  • The Executive Committee will assess the applicant’s credentials and issue membership status when applicable.
  • Membership is limited to those radiologists who practice in the states of Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oregon, Texas, Utah, Washington, Wyoming, or the province of British Columbia, Canada.
Benefits of Active Membership
  • Conference registration at minimal charge (dues plus $100 vs $695 for non-members).
  • Conference registration priority (prior to open registration).
  • Priority reservations at luxury resorts at outstanding room rates.
  • Priority participation in conference activities at discounted rates.
Additional Membership Information
  • Membership shall be non-assessable.
  • Membership certificates shall not be issued.
  • Membership is nontransferable and non-assignable.
  • Membership shall terminate (a) on receipt by the Executive Committee of the written or typed resignation of a member (b) on the death of a member
    (c) on the failure of a member to attend at least one (1) of four (4) consecutive meetings, and not otherwise.
  • The Membership Committee shall contact members who have not attended three consecutive meetings and inform them that after the fourth (4th) meeting missed, their membership will automatically be terminated.
  • Membership dues of $350 are payable annually, independent of member's attendance at the conference.  All payments after March 31st are subject to a $100 late fee.
